The box showed up in great shape and everything was packed well, so nothing was bent or smashed. I just have to admit I was a little disappointed overall, even though the packaging itself was totally fine.

I added gift wrap for my niece’s birthday order because i was just too tired to deal with one more thing. It ended up looking really cute, and the paper didn’t feel cheap or show up all torn. Nice to have something actually be easy for once.

I had to exchange a toy because my kid ended up getting the same one for his birthday, and I’ll admit I wasn’t totally sure how smooth it would be. But it was actually really easy. The staff were nice about it, there wasn’t any awkward back-and-forth or long wait, and I got the right item quickly. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I really appreciated how simple they made it. I’d definitely shop here again.
